Angels
Most Angels in cemeteries are of a generic variety, but with a little investigation a cemetery visitor can usually find an example of Gabriel portrayed with a horn , or statues of Michael with his sword or shield. Cherubs are oten found adornig children's graves.
Unfortunately Angels can attract the wrong kind of people, their fragile wings and sometimes lofty perches are frequent targets for vandals.
Angels comfort us, give us hope and sometimes even inspire us.
